We are experienced in both federal and state courts.
The principal of the firm, Jay-Allen Eisen, is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, which has fewer than 300 members nationwide. Mr. Eisen is the only attorney in the Sacramento area who is a fellow of the American Academy. Mr. Eisen is also a past president of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers and is certified as an Appellate Law Specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of California. He has been counsel in over 350 appeals and appellate writ proceedings with more than 35 years of experience.
