* Business Litigation
The firm handles a range of commercial litigation, from simple collection and breach of contract actions to complex lender liability and partnership disputes. Members of the firm have experience with trademark and patent litigation (including "domain name" litigation), fraud litigation, contract disputes including warranty claims, and wrongful business practices disputes.
